Punched Art - Snowman

Even though Christmas is over I just had to share with you this cute punched snowman. I saw this on the SU web site and wanted to try it. I just love how it turned out. Punches used were circle, oval, snowflake, heart to heart, word window, round tab and scallop edge border.

Bordeing on Romance

Sorry it's been a while since my last post. I got really sick after Christmas and ended up in the hospital. I picked up a viral infection from somewhere that turned into pneumonia. I still have some pneumonia in my lungs but I am a lot better then I was a week and half ago. So with that said, I am trying to
get back into stamping slowly. This card uses some new products in the new Occasions mini. The stamp set is Bordering on Romance along with the new Textured Impressions Embossing folders, Adorning Accents on page 11 of the Occasions Mini.

Delightful Decorations

Well it's time to start thinking about your
Christmas cards for this year. Do you believe it, Christmas is only 7 weeks away. So, to get your creative juices flowing, I will try and post several Christmas card ideas over the next 2 weeks. I love making Christmas cards for friends, family and clients. It gets me into the holiday spirit and hopefully this holiday mood will carry me through to the cold month of January. If not, maybe the Packers will!!

For this Christmas card I used the stamp set 'Delightful Decorations' and the Ornament punch along with the Sizzix BigZ Top Note die.

Stay posted for more Christmas card ideas.

Gently Falling Again!

I was so inspired by the changing colors of
the leaves that I had to make another card
using Gently Falling stamp set. Hopefully,
fall will stay around awhile longer so we can
continue to enjoy this crisp weather and not
snow.

The inspiration for this card came from another
Stampin' Up demonstration and I just had to
make it to share with you. I used sponges and ink pads to create the background on Very Vanilla card stock. Blending several complimentary colors can create a wonderful background. I used Cajun Craze, Pumpkin Pie and More Mustard to create the background.

So get your stamp pads and sponges out and make a Thanksgiving card for a friend or love one.

Gently Falling - Part 3

For my third card, I used the Elegant Lines embossing folder for the background. Also, I used a stripe of brown glitter paper to add a hint of pizazz.
