I got the idea for this card on Splitcoaststampers. I absolutely loved the idea and it was soooo quick and easy to make.
Stamp sets: Pick a Petal and Sincere Salutations
Card stock: Whisper White, Basic Black and Rose Red
Accessories: 1" circle punch, ribbon, and Stampin' Dimensionals
